Flux Intro

    Flux is a finite element analysis tool for low frequency magnetic fields and electric fields. Flux also solves thermal flux patterns in conduction/radiation mode (no convective motion). Mechanical motion included in Flux (rotating, translating or pivoting) and external circuit connections to describe power supply make Flux the tool for electromechanical design. Through this course, participants will be led on a discovery of the environment of Flux through simple examples of real devices. From the input of topologies to the analysis of results, through the setting of the physics, the mesh and the solving, the participant will perform simple or parameterized analysis of basic equipment. This course is a start to the analysis and design of electromagnetic/electromechanical equipment with Flux.
